- browse supplier profiles,
- subscribe to a newsletter,
- contact Packbo via a form,
- register as a supplier (free or paid plans via Stripe).

You agree to use the site legally and in compliance with these Terms.
It is prohibited to use the site to:
- collect data automatically,
- disrupt its operation,
- impersonate another person or entity.
3. Accuracy of information
Packbo strives to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but cannot guarantee that all supplier data is current or error-free.
Packbo cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use or interpretation of the information available on the site.
4. Supplier registration
Suppliers may register through a form (free plan) or via Stripe (paid plan).
The information provided must be accurate and complete. Packbo reserves the right to refuse or suspend an account in case of misuse.
5. Payments
Payments for paid plans are managed by Stripe, under their own terms and conditions. Packbo does not have access to banking data and assumes no responsibility for the payment process.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logo, design) belongs to Packbo or its partners.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.
Packbo makes no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the site.
In no event shall Packbo be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to access it.
8. Changes
Packbo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on the site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
